Royce Pinkwater, Senior Vice President, Associate Broker, has been a forceful presence at Sotheby’s International Realty for the last 24 years. One of the first Senior Vice Presidents to be named by the firm, she has consistently ranked in the top percentile of all the brokers at Sotheby’s International Realty worldwide. A number of times she was named the number one broker at Sotheby’s International Realty in Manhattan. Royce has successfully transacted sales in excess of one billion dollars of property.

Royce is renowned for her ability to make deals at the upper echelons of Manhattan residential real estate. She has set numerous price records for a variety of property types including the first $12 million townhouse sale in Greenwich Village, the $10 million record for a TriBeCa penthouse and the fabled $20 million mark for an Upper East Side penthouse.
